Origins of Elements

There were four elements when Gawain (Earth) begun. Fire was the most powerful but all had a host, a dragon.
Wind, Earth (who was originally protecting Gawain), Fire and Water were the four elemental dragons.

They had all wanted to rule Gawain, even Earth who protected it. They wanted to own or rule, they just wanted the power carelessly. Fire was determined to keep his place, but didn’t want his kingdom as he thought it to be in ruins, true, he didn’t care about it that much, but he wanted to survive too, none of them wanted to die. The planet was already in horror; it had many storms ranging its vast lands.

They all were powerful, but they decided they wanted a truce begrudgingly. They gathered, water, wind, fire, and even Earth. They fought, discussed, and fought even more before they finally agreed they must leave their beloved land Gawain, ‘Planet Earth’. They did leave, to find a new world they could share, or even one of their own each if they had to.
They planet Earth, Gawain, though was too effected by the dragons, it begun a chain reaction. The combination of the four elements made life, small life but it grew over time.
Wind, Fire, Earth, and Water, unexpectedly had made life. The dragons, which were just there for their own greed never, knew that it’d cause this.

The powers of the dragons went with them, but from being on the planet as long as they had, left an imprint of their power upon the planet. The powers had their predecessor’s personalities within them. So the remaining powers occasionally fought like the dragon’s had, to show who was best, even after trillions of years passing.
The life, even though never saw the dragons, knew, remembered them. Subconsciously, all the life had, from the sacred powers that were left to make each and every life form. The Dinosaurs were close to their physical resemblance because of they were some of the first of life, and modeled after the almighty dragons before them.
